About the role:
Participate in onsite KT sessions
Preparation of Test strategy
Understand the detailed requirements and raise clarifications business team
Provide domain training to team members
Own the end to end delivery of all test services
Allocate and track work on a daily basis
Preparation of test scenarios
Preparation of Data guidelines
Review test ware prepared by TEs
Review test data prepared by TEs
Prepare pre-execution due diligence checklist
Review pass logs and defect logs
Participate in defect review meeting
Coordinate with technical team for batch run, environment set-up
Liaise with development team on issue resolution
Reparation of execution dash board
Position requirements:
8 to 10 years in Functional Testing with Finacle Loans experience.
Familiar with quality management software and processes
Knowledge in system analysis and design
Knowledge in basic IT programming languages (background in web programming is an advantage but not required)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and organized in his/her work style
Able to recognize risk and has the intellectual curiosity to further probe and research
Able to work under pressure and within short time frames.
