We are looking for QA Automation Engineer to join the RingCentral Monitoring Tools team. You will be responsible for quality of developed software for our top-notch monitoring infrastructure including TICK stack, ELK stack, Zabbix etc. The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company's monitoring infrastructure to support our next generation of products and monitoring initiatives QA Specialist/Engineer will be working with heterogeneous frameworks and systems to test and drive SDLC adherence on:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design test cases and understand what layer is better to test them on
2. Design and automate UI and API tests
3. Design and automate end-to-end and post-deployment verification tests
4. Manual testing
5. Troubleshooting
6. Support clients
7. Take part in building and developing of the existing CI/CD pipeline
Must have skills
1. Experience in web service testing
2. Knowledge of HTTP, REST, JSON and YAML
3. Knowledge of Python, the level enough to write automation tests
4. OOP understanding
5. Experience in using WebDriver
6. Basic knowledge of Linux
7. Familiarity with Docker
8. Experience with tools: Git, GitLab, Jira
9. Understanding microservice architecture and HA principles
10. We expect that you are able
to test without comprehensive documentation
to switch between projects quickly

Qualifications:
