As a senior software developer (yes!), your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements - Architecting, designing and implementing a reliable and scalable automation framework RESPONSIBILITIES - Automating tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met. - Ensuring high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests - Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs - Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved - Providing technical and group leadership to fellow team members QUALIFICATIONS - B.S. or MS in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, and API automation works, Jenkins. - 3+ years of experience working with Python and/or JAVA technology or equivalent OO paradigm - Understanding of Agile testing methodologies required. - Web application testing experience required - Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira preferred - Knowledge and experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, Thrift, CI, and AWS is highly desirable. - Experience working with container based solution is a plus. - Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment. - Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new tasks.
