Qualification:
• Any 4 year course preferably related to logistics, Business and Supply Chain Management.
• 1-2 years' experience processing orders from Lazada, Shopee and other online platform
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management, Order processing, Data Entry
• Willing to be assigned in Western Bicutan, Taguig City Warehouse
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and Google sheets/docs.
• With excellent oral and communication skills
• Customer-oriented and with sharp comprehension
Job Description:
• Processing of order documents from Lazada, Shopee center.
• Maintain inventory records accuracy
• Warehouse Management, Order processing, Data Entry
• Plan and monitor day-to-day operations from picking, packing and dispatch of warehouse personnel.
• Collaborates with the E-Commerce team to execute promo ways.
• Communicates with the Third Party Logistics partners to handover parcels on time.
• Implements the appropriate standard operating procedure of activities and process improvement related to warehouse operations to achieve performance targets.
• Communicates with other departments such as E-Commerce and CSR to address operations concerns.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Can start ASAP.
