Job Description
Maintain good supplier relationship to be able to be their preferred partner.
Maintain records of goods ordered & received.
Represent company in negotiating contracts & formulating policies with the suppliers
Direct & coordinate activities of purchasers in buying and distributing materials, supplies & equipment
Communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates
Organizing, planning, prioritizing work- developing specific goals & plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
Making decisions & solving problems - analyzing information and evaluating results for best solution & solve problems
Establish & maintain interpersonal relationship-develop constructive & cooperative working relationships with others / co-workers
Develop & building team- encouraging & building mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
Gathering information-observing, receiving, obtaining information from all sources
Monitoring & controlling - monitor & control resources & overseeing purchasing budget
Resolving conflicts & negotiating-handling complaints, settling disputes, or misunderstanding.
Performs any task given by the Immediate Superior.
Job Qualification
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 5 years working experience in Purchasing or any related field
Be able to source needed items at best cost at all times.
