Job Description
 SAP data input of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Receipt (GR). Keeps track records of all data input. 
· Coordinates with project team & engineering on the correct technical specifications of materials requests 
· Assist Purchasers in coordination with MMD personnel with regards to the availability of materials in warehouses. 
· Responsible for Follow up of Purchase Order deliveries. 
· Assist Purchasers in buying Construction materials. 
 
Qualifications 
· Graduate of Business and Supply Chain Management or any related courses 
· One to two years of experience in purchasing related to construction materials & equipment. 
· Knowledgeable with the use of SAP, 
· Microsoft office skills (excel, vlookup and Pivot table). 
· Good communication skills (both oral and written). 
· Negotiation skills 
· Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.
