Formulate, review, and update sourcing plans and strategies covering the purchase of items from both local and foreign suppliers Analyze and improve forecasting and reordering based on demand. Ensure proper identification, evaluation, accreditation of reliable sources of supply to deliver quality and cost-effective items and supplies needed by the Company for its operations. Ensure continuous supply of inventories to meet the long and short term requirements of the Company. Continuously monitor report and act on global supply situation that may affect availability, price, lead time, and development of new products. Evaluate supplier performance to assess conformance to Company standards of quality, price and service. Negotiates with local and international suppliers at the best possible terms (e.g., cost, delivery terms, payment terms, etc.) and sets up frame contracts. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Required skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Excel. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in Fukien and Mandarin is a plus.
