Nature and Scope
PR Executives are key members of the team working and managing a portfolio of clients. The PR Executive will contribute to the integral portions of the business' key objectives through day-to-day KOL/Media outreach and relationship-building initiatives, as well as support the Head of PR in terms of expanding Bonsey Jaden's KOL and Media network. Equipped with traditional and digital PR experience and high media recognition value, the PR Executive will oversee all LOL and Media relations requirements of the agency, including day-to-day and weekly media monitoring, as well as proactive pitching of stories to ensure successful results in delivering high-value earned media for each client.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of impactful KOL and Media Relations Strategy through targeted beats, relevant to the key objectives of the campaign
Media Outreach
Craft a compelling media pitch that highlights the brand campaign
Send out digital or physical PR kits to target KOLs
Send out digital or physical press kits to target media publishers/ journalists
Be able to successfully follow up with KOLs and journalists and proactively identify additional content opportunities
Be able to successfully pitch and organize media interviews such as, but not limited to:
One-on-one interview with key journalists from print or digital media
Pitch and arrange broadcast interviews
Identify potential media commentaries
Pitch and arrange radio tours and interviews as an expanded media mileage
Knowledgeable in writing compelling interview talking points based on the target publication
Conduct media training and handle war-room scenarios for brand spokespersons who will be interviewed by the press
Ability to combine creativity with knowledge of new and traditional media, understand & recognise media angles to generate positive news coverage, profile pieces, and features according to the target media beat
Work with the accounts lead copywriter on creating story angles that would attract media attention
Assist in the reporting, analysis, and evaluation of PR campaigns
Ability to get client/media buy-in to ideas, promotions, and features
Supervise junior team members and Interns daily activities
Establish professional relationships with colleagues across all departments
Keep track of deadlines and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner

Able to identify and develop an audience map to meet client objectives
Strong understanding of the media (traditional & new), editorial requirements, and what makes a story newsworthy for different target beat
