As part of the RingCentral Product Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Summary:
RingCentral is looking for a Proposal Specialist that is proficient in French to help expand RingCentral sales efforts by supporting day-to-day proposal management activities, including coordinating and prioritizing responses to customer requests for proposals (RFP), requests for qualifications (RFQ), requests for information (RFI), and security questionnaires. This role is highly visible across multiple departments, regions (France, UK, U.S.A, etc.) and requires someone with a strong 'can-do' attitude. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with excellent communication and cross-functional partnering skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute proposal processes and standards to support scale and operational excellence
Prioritize and coordinate all activities involved in the document preparation of RFPs to clients, including proposals, qualification packages, executive summary draft, government standard forms, and security questionnaires/audits
Schedule and lead proposal kick-off meetings to facilitate discussions on ideal customer solution(s) and identify issues
Identify and acquire all pertinent information from SMEs and transform it into compelling, high-quality proposal responses
Conduct research and maintain proposal data/content
Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, brand, and messaging consistency
Certify RFP completion before quality assurance checklist process
Develop RingCentral's content library for responses to customer requests
Research and write proposal content and interview technical staff to draft project descriptions, staff bios, and technical content
Attain experienced knowledge of RingCentral products, features, benefits, security details, differentiators, future product releases, etc.
Share standard methodologies around a proposal with the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder with 1 year of sales, marketing, project management, or proposal coordination experience
Experience using proposal software as well as sales and marketing technologies such as SFDC and analytics tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to draw conclusions based on data
Proven success developing and managing projects in a cross-functional environment
Excellent written English language skills
Excellent written French language skills
Strong verbal and presentation skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Results-oriented, strong attention to detail, and skilled at both planning and hands-on-execution
A strong self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Amiable to work USA hours
