QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a network of connections.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must be amenable to do mall manning and digital selling.
Must have own gagdet/ laptop/ tablet and strong internet connection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Source for possible clients and ensure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with them.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Meet required sales quota every quarter.
