Property Management Officer (Licensed Architect / Engineer) - Administrative Division

As Property Management Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of sustainable property management services for the bank-owned properties covering the areas of Building Management, Property Leasing, and Taxes, Licenses and Tenancy by managing the quality of resources, products, processes and services in a cost effective manner.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent
Licensed Engineer and/or Architect
At least 5 years of experience working for a property consultant firms with leasing experience
With significant experience in property management covering the areas of building management and operations of high rise building
Knowlegeable in leasing and building operations, permits and licenses requirements, and property insurance processing
With basic knowledge of electro-mechanical works, construction, procurement, mailing and messengerial services and building maintenance.
Has technical proficiency in setting policies for property valuation
With strong management and leadership skills
