JOB DESCRIPTION
The Property Management Manager is responsible for maintaining standard project management and provides guidance and standards in the execution of projects. He/She needs to create tangible goals, aligned with the organization’s mission and vision, and ensure all targets are met. The position provides all necessary assistance and guidance in the forms of project templates, standardized processes, education, and methodology recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Standardization of the Project Management Process
2. Support Project Implementation
3. Assist with and problem-solve specific issues, such as planning or allocating resources.
4. Help project managers choose the right methodology for their project or help them to build a business case.
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the right page.
6. Provide accurate and reliable information to allow stakeholders to make the best possible decisions when circumstances dramatically change
7. Provide a Consolidated View of All Projects
8. Plan and Schedule Resources Efficiently
9. Strategic Portfolio Management and Governance
10. Bridge the gap between projects and their stakeholders, PMM provide thorough reports and dashboards tailored to their executives' needs.
11. Communicate clear information around budgets, forecasts, actuals, and margins across the whole portfolio of projects.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
1. A graduate of any management course and/or Civil Engineering
2. With a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry
3. Experienced in Property Management
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
1. Has a wide range of networks in PMO companies
2. Process and review Home Owners Association (HOA) requirements
3. Incorporate HOA into the organization
4. Establish a Certificate of Acceptance (COA) per the organization’s development
5. Ensures proper documentation relevant to the incorporation of and conveyance, maintaining the upkeep of projects while keeping a good relationship with HOA.
