Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
3 years’ experience on the same field is required
Ability to track and control contract workflow processes
Basic lease contract knowledge
Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Excellent oral and communication skills
Detail oriented, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize, design, and communicate details of Property Leasing deals, events and programs within and outside the organization
Support Real Estate Agents and Brokers by researching lease agreements, documents and landlord communications to answer questions
Assist in identifying and building relationships with key vendors and contractors ensuring flawless execution and maintenance of brand standards
Receive calls from lessors regarding lease agreements and forward to real estate agents and brokers when necessary
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
Initiates a professional relationship with multiple real estate brokers and agents
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreement
Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
Manage all lease payment and bond accounts with Lease clients and partners
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
Established locations that could include resolving tenant complaints, enforcing lease terms, and contracting with vendors for maintenance and management services
Facilitate lease contract execution with all parties
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
