Provide efficient and effective professional financial service to the company ensuring that statutory obligations for financial management are met and maintained
Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy on a daily basis
Handle accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, det activity, etc.
Financial reports, like KPIs to stakeholders
Encourage employees to adhere to standards
Perform and oversee annual and on the spot audit
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, a CPA
At least 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and audit experience
Knowledge in general accounting and preparation of financial reports
Ability to prioritize and complete duties under tight deadlines
Effectively communicate with a wide variety of customers
Highly personable, articulate, adaptable and keen to details
