QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified accountant i.e. CPA, CA, IPA, ACCA
Preferably from a reputable background/ big 4 and/or large corporate groups
Good technical accounting experience/ audit and/or commercial accounting experience will be considered favourably
Excellent communication
Attention to detail
Time management and leadership skills
Willingness to learn / to step up to being a finance lead
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Institutional month-end reporting
Property level - Budget to actual variance analysis
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
End-to-end accounting
GST lodgement and reconciliation
Cash management and transfers to property managers
Stakeholder management (in the medium term)
Liaise with external property accountants
Assisting the team with General purpose financial reports - tier 2
Assistance with the implementation of a BI tool
Assisting the Senior Accountant with banking administration duties
Ad hoc transactional accounting duties
