Main Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPC) Department - Controllership Unit / Team (handles the company-wide major projects)
Monitor and analyze data and produce financial reports
Spearhead project financing (especially for greenfield / new major projects)
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and procedures
Improve existing systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Lead, coach and mentor team members
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 10 years)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Master's degree or Graduate studies in Finance, Accounting or Business is an advantage
Required Skills: Financial Reporting, Projects Financing, Accounting, Financial Controllership, Leadership, Management, Communication, Steel and/or Construction Industry (advantage)
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
Able to physically report mainly to the Head Office in BGC, Taguig, whenever necessary
Able to travel to the company's plants, facilities or sites if required and permitted
