Supervises the work that is being done, basically reinforcement details and execution methods.
Reads the drawing provided and checks the work done by the Mason's is in accordance with that.
Manages timely supply and pour of concrete and various other materials.
Must be familiar with formworks, rebar and concreting
Conducts daily site inspection to ensure the correct work implementation based on the approved plans and specifications in line with the standard construction guidelines.
·Assesses weekly billings/accomplishment reports submitted by contractors to validate correctness for payment purposes by conducting actual evaluation of units/s.
·Prepares weekly accomplishment reports and other documents for updating purposes by actual site verification.
·Ensures the timely completion of quality standard and control over the construction of housing units for the purpose of attaining Buyers' satisfaction at least cost.
·Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
·Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
