Responsibilities:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services.
2. Cooperate with relevant HVAC sales associations.
3. Support and cooperation of industry promotion meetings.
4. Build strong relationship with clients.
5. Team up with sales representative to ensure proper customer and technical service;
6. Cooperate with clients and internal colleagues to complete daily customer support work.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but prior experience in HVAC sales will be considered.
2. Proficiency in Communication in English and Tagalog
3. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
4. Working Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
5. Track record of over-achieving sales quota
6. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
7. Good Customer and Technical Services is preferred but not required.
