Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in the field of Air-Conditioning System and its electrical components.
Duties and Responsibilities
To ensure that all materials delivered at site conform with the project owner requirement, approved submittal and CCAC Standard.
To ensure that works/activities being done (Installation and Testing) conforms to the approved methodologies and Project Owner and CCAC EHS Policy.
To conduct orientation or hands-on training (step by step procedure) to all identified activities being done at site.
To prepare all permit related to every permit every work activity (QA/QC related).
To conduct inspection and testing on all completed area of activity.
To ensure that all inspection and testing is properly documented.
To prepare inspection and test result including evidence photos.
To ensure that all authorized signatories that conduct inspection and witnessed the testing signed the inspection and testing reports.
To close-out all punch list issued by the inspector on the conducted inspection.
To ensure ZERO (0) Punchlist of work redundancy.
To prepare and submit reports related to QA/QC to project owner, general contractor and CCAC.
