Map out the competitive landscape and identify service gaps.
Implement site development activities critical to setting up and creating project traction including regulatory and administrative tasks, marketing activities, and systems design.
Identify and engage partners in the healthcare network such as HMO providers, primary care providers and referral drugstores, diagnostic clinics, tertiary hospitals.
Ensure proper disbursement and monitoring of financial resources based on the approved plan.
Monitor achievements of key performance metrics until pilot completion.
Understand the primary healthcare system and the health seeking behavior of consumers and provide inputs to ensure acceptability of the solution/s.
Implement marketing activities and systems improvement to achieve target metrics and ensure success of the pilot program.
Required Skills
Knowledgeable of Clinic & Patient Care operations
Adept in financial planning and monitoring
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to deliver high performance working with teams
Required Experience
Graduate of any bachelor's degree
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in the Healthcare service industry specializing in clinic and patient care operations.
