BASIC FUNCTION
Position Overview
Team Lead is responsible for managing a team at Insight. This position involves hiring, developing, and supporting teammates in Partner Marketing by: ensuring that goals and responsibilities are clear to each teammates; training new team members or existing ones with new process needed in their roles; supporting teammates career development; motivating team members through performance reviews and recognition of accomplishments; and, keeping communication open within the team, leadership, and other groups. The Team Lead is also responsible for supporting assigned Partners to execute marketing plans that will drive various go-to-market initiatives to achieve growth and profitability objectives.
This position requires a candidate who can lead a team to achieve Partner Marketing goals, someone who will champion the teammates' growth and learning within the organization. Candidate must be communicative and is always ready to give support and help to teammates. Candidate must also be seasoned to respond to inquiries and resolve any issues.

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing of teammates' efficiency and effectiveness to drive positive results for the business.
Explain roles, goals, and delegates responsibilities to teammates.
Motivate team members and review/recognize performance and accomplishments.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and daily huddles with teammates to check in with members and provide avenue for work and issue discussion.
Oversee day to day operation within Partner Marketing. Provide help on any questions or challenges, and address escalations on issues or projects.
Communicate and remind teammates about deadlines to achieve targets.
Guide, support, and train teammates for their career development.
Train newly on-boarded team member and provide a walk through for new tools and processes.
Maintain positive and productive relationship with partners.
Manage campaign asset development in our project management platform as needed.
Assist Partner Marketing leadership with various miscellaneous projects as needed.
What you'll need to Join Insight
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field, from four-year College or University
At least 2 years of experience in leading a team and people management. Administrative skills and experience for 3+ year is also required.
Demonstrated project management skills and experience
Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or programs and high interest in digital marketing
Detailed oriented and fast learner
Great computer system knowledge and intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
Strong written and verbal English communications skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong commitment to company values and operating principles.
Willing to be on a night shift schedule and hybrid set up.
