Acquire BPO is currently looking for Project Manager to support us, RingCentral.
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain project requests including the entire end-to-end agile project life cycle from the initial request stage through the post-deployment support stage
Liaison between IT and business stakeholders during the project lifecycle ensuring alignment and attainment of the best results including conducting retrospective reviews
With your knowledge of Salesforce, appropriately assign project requests to business analysts and/or tech teams and writing Salesforce requirements when needed
Perform change management activities such as reviewing and providing input on regression test cases as well as notifying Change Manager as needed
Lead high impact sales or sales operation projects via hosting project team meetings, creating/maintaining related timelines and communicating out regular status updates to stakeholders including at the executive level
Define project responsibilities by creating RACI charts and holding stakeholders accountable throughout the project lifecycle
Create and maintain process flow charts on, but not limited to, Sales Transformation processes
Create/maintain Sales Transformation self-serve documents and team SharePoint/Wiki sites.
Essential Skills:
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Confirmed 2-3 years' experience working in a Project, Program or Portfolio Management Office
Strong understanding and working knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
Ability to write formulas and functions using excel and/or Smartsheet or a willingness and capacity to learn and apply learnings quickly on new applications
Excellent follow-through skills with stakeholders, including business owners and IT groups
Desired Qualifications:
A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
3 years of experience working with or in IT, project management or a related field
2-3 years working experience on Smartsheet and excel/google sheets or similar project management tool
A problem-solver, looking for the simplest solution to a problem
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (e.g., 12 am to 9 am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday)
Nice to Have:
2-3 years Business Analysis experience (on Salesforce)
2-3 years' experience working in Sales, Marketing or Sales Operations
Experience working on SharePoint, Clarizen and JIRA
