Candidates that have experience supporting Business Process Improvements and Transformation within contact centers approach are highly desirable. While technical project manager skill set and experience is appreciated, this is NOT a technical project manager position.
We are looking for high-energy, motivated individual who combines strong program and project management skills with business and technology acumen for this position.
This role will be highly visible, including regular interaction with the business leadership team. As a result, we are looking for someone who has a large project management toolkit and strong stakeholder management / consultative communication skills.
This candidates with strong business acumen and familiarity with contact center transformation initiatives and change management are highly preferred. Experience with new technology rollout, cloud-based migrations, Legacy-to-Next Gen migrations.
Has effective control, leadership and responsibility for the delivery of the program - including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value. Develops and leads the process for dealing with rapid major change. Ensures the communication channels and processes are in place to notify key stakeholders so that plans can be amended and the necessary action taken.
Defines, documents, and executes projects of high risk, complexity, and visibility, actively participating in all phases of the project.
Actively leads all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the program. Defines and programs governance to ensure there is sufficient executive support and guidance.
Effectively communicates difficult concepts to program stakeholders and modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing circumstance. Ensures appropriate sponsorship.
Defines, documents and executes projects of extreme high risk, complexity and visibility, actively participating in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Drafts feasibility studies, risk assessments and statements of work. May develop or assist in developing business cases for large projects with significant impact to company goals. Responsible for producing all typical project documentation - detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans and status reports. Determines project methodology. Defines project scope and objectives.
Agrees scope and constraints to enable costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to be estimated.
Has responsibility to ensure project deliverables are demonstrably fit for purpose.
Gains commitments to ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales or resources deviate from agreed tolerances.
Manages the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project stakeholders and ensure full impact of significant changes are understood by project stakeholders.
Ensures all parties are aware of project scope and milestones. Highlights divergence from that scope, and adjusts it where necessary to reflect changing circumstances, acts a communication liaison.
