Job Description
You will be working as a project manager in a squad consisting of project managers, copywriters, designers, and developers who plan, design, and build WordPress websites.
The squad is in our Website Projects division which has been in business for over 10 years, building WordPress websites for over 1,500 customers around the world.
Your job will be to manage your clients' website builds from start to finish, acting as a liaison between the client and your squad.

In addition to excellent time-management skills, multi-tasking ability, and a sharp eye for detail, you will need to possess the following:
High-Level English Skills - You'll need to communicate effectively with clients via email and phone calls to understand their questions and concerns about their website project; you will then have to share that information clearly within your multi-cultured squad so you can build great websites as a team.
Well-Developed Soft Skills - Communicating effectively requires more than good grammar and a healthy vocabulary. You must be confident negotiating with clients and squadmates, including when delivering bad news, pushing back on requests that are beyond the scope of work, and finding compromises between clients' demands and your squadmates' capabilities.
WordPress Experience - You should have at least an intermediate understanding and working knowledge of Wordpress. This includes the ability to use HTML and page-building tools like Elementor in order to make minor edits/revisions to websites in development (major edits/revisions are handled by the squad's Wordpress Developers).
Collaboration & Improvement Mindset - You should be customer-oriented, and also a team player who supports their squadmates. You should be someone who is on the lookout for opportunities to make positive changes to your squad's processes, and comfortable sharing ideas so they can be discussed with your colleagues.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Above-average English writing and speaking skills
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and positive thinking
Experience in a project management role for a website development or digital marketing agency
