Key Responsibilities:
SCOPE OF WORK
Below are various components of this digital platform and additional capabilities may be added depending on the global team's Product Release schedule:
Development:
The platform has been created using the latest best practice technical approaches and incorporates fully automated testing of functionality, data, security and performance at all stages of development.
Oversee the website audit process and rectify the gaps with support from global team and relevant Resource Development teams.
Compile monthly report of on-site performance and conduct regular team meetings to alert any performance gaps with clear action plan defined.
Work with WVUnited4 Global Team on any fault resolution and alert the Senior Leadership Team timely if there are any unresolved issues.
Content Management System:
Take ownership of the CMS system functionality and maintenance. Ensure relevant key team members are well-trained to co-manage the CMS system. The platform supports the following high-level user journeys:
Landing pages from online advertising and promotion (e.g. Campaigns)
Information pages supporting actions (Homepage, Content, Blog Listings, Blog Articles, News Listings, News Articles, Section Listings)
Non-financial response (Email signup)
Local Community Projects (Regular PNS donations)
Disaster response (One off donations)
Childhood rescue (Regular PNS donations)
Child sponsorship (Regular donations)

Content:
Work with Resource Development and Communications teams to create content that is well-aligned with global messaging, and that fits the customer journey to be delivered regularly into the platform. Adapt content locally and publish to the platform on its scheduled dates.
Supporter data:
Work with IT, Acquisition & Donor Support team to ensure Supporter data is stored within the platform and can be accessed directly, via file transfer, or via the SIMMA integration tools which WVIT will be creating after the initial platform launch
