In this individual contributor role as a Project Manager, you will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition - Project Management Office Team (GTA PMO). The team works towards redesigning the GTA processes and tools to provide an innovative and flawless candidate and employee experience to attract the best talent to the organization.
You will be a think tank for the GTA team that provides strategic, creative and innovative solutions. This entails managing and leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement and enhancing our customer's experience. You will have accountability to lead projects from small to large scale and establish performance measures to all implementations. These projects will be done in partnership with the leadership team to achieve both regional and global goals. You will also be contributing to the wider Human Resources projects and initiatives.

What You Will Do
As part of the GTA PMO, you will collaborate with our dedicated GTA Project Leader and TA team in planning, directing, and coordinating GTA projects and initiatives. These will involve:
Leading projects by researching, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating business data from initiation through to completion.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with members of the GTA team and People@Nasdaq team
Prioritizing resources and coordinating effectively with partners and colleagues
Building and leading various GTA reports and process documentation
Eliciting detailed project plan obligations regarding specifications and monitoring quality, cost, and timeframes as projects progress
Building and distributing Service Performance reports, in line with GTA needs and objectives
Conducting GTA team user trainings on completed projects or new tool functionality
Partnering with the GTA Project Leader and mentoring colleagues by sharing best practices to drive operational excellence
Planning, monitoring and leading mid/large-size projects aligned to organizational goals
Working under limited supervision to run projects around systems integration, process enhancements, and reports and analytics
What We Expect
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within Talent Acquisition
Thrives in a fast-paced environment following a global service delivery model, amenable to work mid shift business hours
Commendable communication skills in English, both in oral and written forms
Used to working with multiple parallel assignments and reevaluating prioritization regularly
Has demonstrable proficiency in Talent Acquisition tools such as Workday and Taleo
Is adept in using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (reports, pivot tables, charts, among others)
