You will need to be a think tank for the Global Talent Acquisition team that provides strategic, creative and innovative solutions. You will manage and lead initiatives that drives continuous improvement and enhance our customer's experience. You will have accountability to lead projects from small to large scale and establish performance measures to all implementations. You will be partnering with the leadership team to achieve both regional and global goals. You will also be asked to contribute to the wider Human Resource projects and initiates.
The Team
The Global Talent Acquisition Team - Project Management Office (GTA PMO) is part of the People@Nasdaq Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an outstanding place to work! The team works towards redesigning the GTA processes and tools to provide an innovative and flawless candidate and employee experience to attract the best talent to the organization.
Your Day Will Include
As part of the GTA PMO, you are given the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated GTA Project Leader and TA team in planning, directing, and coordinating GTA projects and initiatives.
Leads projects by researching, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating business data from initiation through to completion.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with members of the GTA Team and People@Nasdaq Team.
Prioritizes resources and coordinates effectively with partners and colleagues.
Builds and leads various GTA reports and process documentation.
Elicits detailed project plan obligations regarding specifications and monitors quality, costs, and timeframes as projects progress.
Builds and distributes Service Performance reports, in line with GTA needs and objectives.
Conducts GTA Team user trainings on completed projects or new tool functionality.
Partners with the GTA Project Manager and mentor colleagues by sharing best practices to drive operational excellence.
Plans, monitors and leads mid/large-size projects aligned to organizational goals.
Works under limited supervision to run projects around systems integration, process enhancements, and reports and analytics.
The Best-Suited Candidate
Has at least three (5) years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, preferably within the Human Resources function.
Has obtained a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, or other relevant disciplines.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, following a global service delivery model, and amenable to work during mid shift business hours.
Has commendable communication skills in English, both in oral and written forms;
Must be used to working with multiple parallel assignments and re-evaluating prioritization regularly.
Has demonstrable proficiency in using HR systems and communication tools, preferably Workday Recruiting and Zoom, among others.
Is adept in using Microsoft Office Suite - preferably in Microsoft Excel (reports, pivot tables, and charts, among others).
