Job Scope and Purpose: Deliver projects, manage R&O with a project core team and cross function
Execute project/s on time, cost and quality with the help of a project core team and functions
Sustain a high-performance team culture that meets and exceeds customers commitments
Lead interventions of ongoing projects in the country and support other PMs to deliver on commitments
Serve as an active member of in country team supporting other leaders to share resources as needed to maximize profitability (sharing success approaches, problem-solving, coaching and mentoring).
Lead and present project governance with key metrics, solid understanding of planning, and experience in management of risks and opportunity
Build a regional climate of disciplined execution that energizes team members to provide high quality, cost efficient, customer directed service and exceed project performance
Ensure implementation and execution of all key processes, tools and strategic initiatives.
Monitor customer satisfaction and take action to address issues that are escalated in a prompt and non-defensive manner.
In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics Engineering) /business mgmt.
At least 15 years of progressive Railway Signalling experience (Conventional Railway, CBTC, Mainline, ERTMS) in project management inclusive of at least 10 years of project delivery expertise with a proven track record in project management experience for a large and complex project
Strategic insight and strong financial management skills
Humble and assertive
Hands-on when necessary and willing to roll-up sleeves to work with team on problem solving
Can deal with high level of complexity and demonstrated experience in successfully executing in a matrixed structure
