Job Description
Your assignment
Lead the Remote Planning & Selling team to implement a Remote Planning and Selling business model within the PH market.
Provide customers who cannot access the IKEA store with a seamless service offering remote access to selling co-workers, assisting them to buy their IKEA goods/services wherever they are located within the market.
To deliver the project in time, within budget and scope, while monitoring risk & compliance with Country legislation & company policy.
Be the primary point of contact for the project, build effective relationships & steer effective communication with all stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Develop & steer the change management approach for all people involved and to the wider organisation.
Responsible for compiling and maintaining a project portfolio and implement it as a business-steering instrument for both internal and external stakeholders.
Secure a competent and high performing project team by collaborating with experts, connecting parties for collaboration & ensuring team cohesion.
Qualifications
Your profile
Good management and leadership track record, a reputation as team player in retail.
Project management experience in retail environment with good analytical skills to define business requirements.
Capable of maintaining project information and documentation to a detailed level.
Possessing a collaborative mind-set: good at building relationships across the organization and with our external partners.
Experience from work related to tactical and operational level with high degree of coordination need/complexity.
Capable of focusing on operational, tactical and strategic horizons and aligning these as the project requires.
