We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Project Manager to join our shared services team and support optimization initiatives across the Nimbyx group of companies. The ideal candidate will have experience optimizing technology or design-related processes and managing process improvement projects from identification to implementation.
Accountabilities and responsibilities:
Partner with business owners to identify process improvement opportunities across multiple departments and
businesses.
Analyze data to identify trends and root causes; develop and implement strategies to drive improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Develop project plans, and manage project timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on technology, manufacturing, or design.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Experience managing projects from identification through to implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
