Minimum Qualifications:
1.Licensed Engineer
2.With experience in Project Management, not limited to project planning, execution/supervision, monitoring and estimates.
3.With experience in design and build of wastewater treatment facilities.
4.Willing to relocate nationwide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Overall responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of assigned projects (per discipline).
2.Support the development of the leadership, both on-site and in-charge in the head office with regard to Construction concerns and update.
3.Perform administrative/HR function in coordination with HR, overall in-charge of employees performance, conduct and behavior, disciplining employee, whilst training and teaching the employees towards the company's goals and objectives. Encouragement of excellence and quality in work will lead to a great reputation amongst clients.
4.Monitor the project updates, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignment. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues and other personnel.
5.Review and checking of technical studies and estimate of quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility.
6.Checking of project specifications by reviewing Construction Manager's submitted structural design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
7.Analyze maps, existing drawings, blueprints and other date to properly pinpoint external factors and environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
8.Develop the department's objectives, programs, activities, events, and milestones by reviewing project proposals and plans.
9.Review the submitted weekly accomplishment/progress report from subordinates.
10. Travel from one site to another to monitor and check site operations as instructed by Construction Director.
11. Plan the delivery of the project at hand accordingly at all times.
12.Monitor overall assigned projects' construction, operation, and maintenance activities.
13.Review compliance with EHS requirements, maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
14.Monitor Materials and Equipment for the projects and for inventory are protected from damages and loss at all times.
15.Communicate with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates- provide technical advice reports on design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.
16.Communicate, coordinate and cooperate with other project engineers, administrative and support staff regarding work issues, activities, schedules and progress.
17. Accomplish the project with utmost commitment to customer satisfaction and value engineering.
18.Dissemination of company rules, regulation and policies to the personnel under Team working group.
19. To maintain and develop good and harmonious working relationship with colleagues.
20.To be able to recommend and submit ideas and suggestions for the improvement of your area of responsibility.
21. Understanding and Compliance with BIPI Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
22. Perform any other job/activities related to the assigned responsibility as required and deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:
1. Atleast 15 years experience in Project Management and Implementation (planning scheduling, monitoring & managing the project)
2.With relevant experience with water and wastewater design and build projects.
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) as reports are highly visible
4.Excellent Leadership skills
5.Knowledge in MS Office, CAD and other Project Management softwares
