We are seeking a versatile Project Manager and Marketing Specialist to oversee the development, marketing, and community engagement of a mobile app in the social media space. This role requires someone highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in managing diverse responsibilities. From coordinating product timelines to executing impactful marketing campaigns, you'll be pivotal in ensuring a successful app launch and sustained growth. You will work directly with the product owner to align strategies and execute their vision effectively.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Project Management:
Manage the app development process, ensuring milestones like feature finalization, QA, and testing are completed on schedule.
Coordinate bug tracking, resolution workflows, and iterative updates with the development team.
Oversee community feedback loops to identify and resolve app issues efficiently.
Marketing Execution:
Develop and execute pre-launch campaigns, including website teasers and email capture strategies.
Build and manage social media accounts with engaging content and strategic ad campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers to create impactful partnerships and promotions.
Optimize app store listings with compelling descriptions, visuals, and demo videos.
Community Growth & Engagement:
Foster an early adopter community through private groups and exclusive programs.
Create and promote user-generated content campaigns and social media challenges.
Develop loyalty and gamification strategies to boost engagement and retention.
Post-Launch Strategy:
Gather and analyze user feedback and app performance metrics.
Lead retention campaigns through email newsletters, loyalty programs, and community events.
Scale marketing efforts by expanding influencer networks and forming strategic partnerships.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in project management and digital marketing, ideally within the tech or app industry.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with development teams, marketers, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and marketing platforms.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on creativity an problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing app development and launch phases.
Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO), gamification, or influencer marketing.
A strong understanding of community-building strategies.
