As a Project Manager, you are responsible to ensure specific projects are implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms of the project. This requires constant oversight of the project to ensure activities are being performed, collecting data to analyze performance and reporting on progress. If the project is not being implemented to satisfaction, the Project Manager should identify problems and correct them as needed.
Collaborate with the LEAN Council in managing continuous improvements of the center
Work directly with the Senior Manager - Continuous Improvements and QBS Excellence in anything related to LEAN Index including QIAzen workshop preparation and facilitation, 5S and safety, etc.
Ensure projects and excellence initiatives stay within the plans.
Work with staff and other individuals to implement project activities.
Monitor and report on progress, analyze data, make suggested corrections if needed and write final project reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, equivalent work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Understanding business processes in a shared service company besides knowledge of typical terms and definitions within the industry.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite, ideally also some experience with SharePoint-based Workflow tools.
Must possess proficient communication skill, both written and verbal, to communicate at different levels of the organization in English.
Must be willing to accept project-based employment for 6 months
Must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig
