About the role
We are searching for a well organised project manager to work with an ever growing team and roster of clients. You will be in charge of assessing project capacity, setting team deadlines, assigning responsibilities and optimising project workflows.
They will work closely with the management team to assess the needs of clients and team members when it comes to work capacity and delegating teams for various projects and tasks. They will need to be able to coordinate across teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
Must be comfortable with problem solving and adapting to change. Familiarity with the field of SEO and agency management is a plus.
The role will be full time, Mondays-Fridays from 1:00-9:00 PM Manila time. The role can be semi-flexible depending on the situation.
The role is fully remote.
Initially the main tasks will involve:
Coordinate between teams and departments to ensure projects have the proper deadlines, team members and tools needed
Work closely with the management team to asses team and support capabilities and responsibilities
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a project plans, ensure deliverability for clients
Create succinct and clear reports on the work and progress achieved by the team to present to clients
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Ideally you:
- Are well organised and punctual
- Have familiarity with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable working with a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in project management
- Comfortable with project management tools and procedures
- Are a problem solver and can be flexible depending on unforeseen circumstances
