Prepares bidding documents.
Conducts ocular inspections of site proposals to conduct actual measurements of the site for layout and design purposes.
Conducts regular on-site visitation of on-going projects to ensure proposed schedule and design standards are met.
Conducts visits, from time to time, to assess the condition of the project and ensures that the project is conditionally operational
Actively seeks new design materials and construction methods to improve existing concepts and project procedures
Oversees Company infrastructure and renovation projects.
Reports on the evaluation of contractors and vendors to Management on a regular basis.
Ensures that all project specifications and details are followed.
Monitors and reports regularly to Management the progress of all projects.
Provides technical support to Management as needed.
Spearhead negotiations with winning bidders and updates the Bid Committee of the developments as needed.
Facilitates kick-off meetings and turn-over meetings in the absence of Project Engineer and Projects Architect, respectively.
Reviews design guidelines periodically and ensures design guidelines are standardized.
Reports to the client the architectural designs and concepts developed by the team.
Reviews engineering evaluation guidelines periodically.
Reviews and prepares reports on investment summary of all projects

Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience in residential construction
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Architecture
Licensed Engineer / Architect is preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering / Architecture is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of Engineering / Architecture
Minimum of 3 years work experience in the field of Project Management
Proficiency in architecture softwares such as Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and V-ray
Critical thinker with great problem solving skills and strong attention to details
Good communication and project management skills
Knowledgeable with the government permit requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
