What you need to have:
Demonstrable experience in Project Management
Sound background in Employee Benefits and other HR consulting related
Effective communicator, both verbally and written, with strong interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in mentoring and training others on one or more implementation technical functions
Can work independently and a team player
Detailed-oriented with good organizational and time management skills to multi-task and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
