About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Project Management Associate Manager...
In this role, you will:
Supervise project associates, analysts and less experienced project managers in providing oversite of multiple groups to identify requirements, develop project strategies, prepare business cases and assign tasks to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within change management
Identify opportunities for directing project staff and work with multiple groups to identify requirements, develop project strategies, prepare business cases and assign tasks for project control and risk management
Make leadership decisions and resolve issues related to individual performance, leadership objectives, network performance, risk management, competencies in learning agility under direction of change management while leveraging interpretation of compliance with government regulations or companywide policies
Collaborate and consult with sponsors and stakeholders to understand needs and issues
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Project Management
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Project Management, Project Delivery, Project Methodologies, Digital Product, Program Management, Strategic Planning, or Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Project management certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM, ACP, CSM, PSM, Prince, etc.)
Banking operations/projects experience preferred but not required.
Job Expectations:
Willing to work on Philippine night shift and on location.
