Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
End-to-end support of multiple project designs and assist in the development and construction of coordination plans from elevation floor plans to target designs
Collaborate with sub-working groups to maintain deadlines and data frequencies
Assist key working groups or team leaders with daily operations in various extents
Partner with Structural Cabling Engineers, Architects, PM Companies, and Security experts to uphold company standards by applying problem-solving skills and analytical critical thinking
Support Subject Matter Experts with new concepts, techniques, and challenges
Develop expertise levels of defined security requirements
Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, database and software development, with the occasional presentation of project status reports / updates to the organization and senior management
Provide project or business analysis support as necessary on other projects
Candidate Requirements
1+ years project management experience preferred
Experience in developing project floor plans and designing security system layouts
Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam design systems, AutoCAD is a plus
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to demonstrate personal initiative, ownership, and accountability
Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and partner with key stakeholders to help advance project agenda
Able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
