Job Responsibilities
Consolidates all project-related documents for processing and documentation (e.g., Lay-outs, change order forms, permits and progress reports etc.)
Application and Processing of permits for compliance (City and Municipal requirements)
Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) HO Renovation
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget utilization, scheduled activities, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on Project status/progress
Conducts site inspection and review project deliverables to initiate appropriate corrective actions and to ensure that we follow the safety standards
In-charge of technical evaluation, monitoring and Evaluates contractor's performance if within service level agreement (SLA)
Coordinates with all project related personnel and Facility Management on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project
Attends to other tasks as needed based on the direction of the organization / department / immediate head
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil)
With relevant experience in industry with construction and project coordination
Must have experience working and strong knowledge in construction, renovations and Installation operations
Above Average oral, written communication and presentation skills
Working knowledge in technical aspect of a project; assessment & preparation of Bill of Materials
Must have knowledge on lay - out analysis and permit compliance (City and Municipal requirements)
