Job Responsibilities:

Manage project cash flows
Forecast cash requirements
Monitor and mitigate financial risks related to cash flow fluctuations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during project audits.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, lease agreements, and contractual obligations.
Maintain organized documentation and records to support audit trails.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address financial matters.
Provide financial insights and support decision-making processes related to project activities.
Communicate financial performance and key metrics to relevant parties effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant in the real estate industry, with a focus on project accounting.
Proficiency in real estate accounting principles, including cost allocation, capitalization, and revenue recognition.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to support decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Familiarity with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the real estate sector.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
