Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering
BSEE / BSECE graduate with license
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
Must posses leadership quality, team player and hardworking
Good command of both oral and written English Communication
With experience in the field of electrical and/or structured cabling
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With driver's license is an advantage, but not necessary
Must have knowledge in AutoCAD
Job Description:
Performs seamless and orderly mobilization implementation and demobilization of all projects
Supervise ALL Leadmen/Installers who works on a project and its day-to-day activities including project updates
Supervise and monitor movement of all materials and components needed for the project
Monitor manpower allocation including strict adherence to punctuality of Time In & Out per project as well the allocation of manpower should overtime arises or be needed
Handles engineering take-off for projects requiring estimate for bid or budgetary purposes, and or allocate the available personnel who can conduct such task
Provide technical support to ALL the Sales Staff relating to project site visit and/or customer visit for the purpose of advancing ISI interest for new or existing clients. Assign Technical Support in case of not being available
Assist the Sales Staff who closed the Project in terms of Project Meetings with the client or the client's representative and other coordination needed
Monitor project daily to ensure project compliance with 'the best industry practices' on roughing-ins, cable pulling, termination, labelling, routing and other matters relating to the smooth completion of the project
Handle Fiber Termination & Splicing, if needed, or monitor fiber termination for all projects with fiber installations
