PROJECT ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scope: Building Rehabilitation
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule.
Prepare and manage the project budget.
Track actual costs against the budget and identify any potential cost overruns.
Identify and assess potential project risks (e.g., weather delays, material shortages, labor disputes).
Develop mitigation plans for identified risks.
Ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain all required permits and approvals.
Prepare progress reports and meeting minutes.
