Qualification:
With experience in Architecture/ Interior Fit out/ Civil Structural works
Be inventive and imaginative
Expert in local building codes and international standards in design and construction industry
Knowledgeable in various design phases like conceptualization, schematic design development. project handover and supervision
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil)
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Description:
Will be overseeing building/ architectural works
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Ensuring project meet agreed specifications, budget or timescales
Providing technical advice and problem solving site
Preparing site reports, estimates and filling in other paperwork's
