Job description
Main Purpose of the Job
Plan and oversee construction and rebuilding, as well as the maintenance of different building projects.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge preferably on construction industry.
Familiarity with different design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D and others.
Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time and extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations and legal compliances related to assigned projects.
Job Description
· Manage, design and develop, create and maintain small to large scale building constructions in a safe, sustainable and timely manner.
· Creates feasibility study and determines project costs by calculating labor, materials and other related costs.
· Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and other legal and technical documentation as required.
· Monitors project progress and site inspection.
· Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
