Coordinates with the Business Development and the Architects on planning, construction for the construction of stores sites for the entire year.
Conducts Technical Site Review of the proposed store site.
Conducts joint site measurements with mall representatives, Service Engineering Department, Business Development Representative, Architects and architectural consultant to verify the correct measurements.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Participates in the planning and design of proposed and renovations of existing stores by checking on the plans prepared and giving suggestions.
Conducts weekly jobsite coordination meeting to tackle construction related issues.
Checks, inspects, monitors and coordinates all construction activities to ensure that target schedule is met, in accordance with the approved design and specifications, cost are within budget and quality standards are kept.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Autocad,with exposure on Project Management, Process Improvement and documentation.
Certified Safety Officer is an advantage.
With extensive 5 years' work experience relevant to the position.
Preferably with background and exposure on Restaurant industry.
Can perform cost estimation.
Willing to assign in Makati City.
