Description of Responsibilities:
1. General supervision of all aspects of the project (execution-all scope, safety, quality, documentation and others)
2. Day to day supervision of site activities
3. Thorough review and interpretation of plans prior to implementation
4. Accurate and timely setting out of works
5. Ensures that site implementation procedures are being followed
6. Timely handover of works without outstanding defects
7. Providing technical knowledge and propose solutions on problems that may arise on site from time to time
8. Preparation of various reports to ensure smooth project flow, planning and reporting
9. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
10. Estimate and assign resources such as materials, tools, equipment and manpower (includes BOM and amendment preparation)
11. Ensure that all works done on site are done in accordance to quality standards
12. Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary
13. Organized safekeeping of department documents
14. Maintain confidentiality of all site operations record and files
15. Other tasks assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
