· Responsible for the overall management of XISCO Special Projects in client.
· Prepares planning for the awarded Projects of client to XISCO. This shall include plotting for the timeline/work schedule, BOQ and other needed reference documents prior to project mobilization.
· Attends to Client's request that may be deemed urgent or priority for work execution and completion.
· Ensure that all reports and data are accurate and concise before sending or endorsing to the Client.
· Ensures that all measurement and details are accurate.
· Coordinate all building facility and equipment shutdowns to attain all essential schedules.
· Provides support to Company's goals and objectives.
· Supervise the Special Project Team Members and ensure that they comply with Company and Client's Best Practices.
· Support proactively all E2HSMS and QA activities, procedures and policies including the ISO compliance and best practices.
