The position is responsible for handling the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of activities involved in the construction of the company and its franchise clinics and lounges to ensure project deliverables are complete, met, and compliant with set standards of the company, mall administration, and government regulations upon turnover.
It includes overseeing the processing of pertinent and required documents for compliance needed for subsequent renovations and repairs at the clinic/ lounge sites.
Handles the coordination with third party architects, contractors, and suppliers on the plans in accordance to the mall space as well as conducting construction bidding to ensure that all project deliverables are included in the project plan.
Coordinates the schedule and activities with contractors and mall representatives to ensure that construction timelines are achieved according to agreed plan.
Handles proper documentation needed for renovation and repairs by the mall and building administration/engineering, and government agencies by the clinic sites after turnover.
Oversees renovations done by the third party needed in the clinic sites to ensure compliance with set timelines and standards are met.
