Requirements:
- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a certain project
- Site monitoring and supervision ensuring all works are done as per schedule and on-ground team is mobilized efficiently
- Must be able to determine the schedule of labor and resources based on estimation of the critical path for proper demand planning
- Working closely with the upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality of work meets the standards
- Report daily project and site progress with supporting documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Must be mobile and ready to go on field work anytime
Skills:
- Good understanding of civil/infrastructure methods
- Knowledgeable in various project management methods
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
- Strong critical and analytic thinking and problem solving skills
- Confident in leading and managing people
- Technically inclined and excellent attention to details
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management, Operations Management, Workforce Management,
Quality Management an advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience is required
- Knowledge of construction and electrical regulations, technical standards
- Flexible with shifting schedules
- Self-starter; can easily adapt into a fast-paced working environment
