Project EngineerCONMECH CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned
Perform project coordination and attend site construction meetings.
Timely presentation of progress reports.
Schedules and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project
While the project is undergoing, he/she responsible for safety measures on site.
Ensures conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications
Submits weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
Reviews technical specifications and recommended changes
Sets an efficient and timely schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
Exudes professional work ethics
Required skill(s): MS Office, Auto Cad.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
Experience working in the field of residential construction is required.
With 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
